Don't look now book review

Don’t look now 1

This book was about a young boy named Ricky. He was an ordinary boy who loved to dream. Ricky had a list of what he was good at. There were only two ticks and they were being a dork and flying.

When Rickey was a young boy he would always leap off anything that he could find. He wanted to fly up with the birds. All he wanted was people to see him fly for  he wanted to be FAMOUS. When Ricky’s mum saw him flying she would always think that he was crazy. He would never give up because his dad said “Go for it”. Ricky nothing happens unless you took risk. Ricky would try everyday to fly but because he knew in the future that he would be able to fly. One time he tried to put all his effort and then he saw himself off the ground.

So Ricky could fly but there's a catch he could only fly when people were not around so every time he flew a person looked at him he would fall straight to the ground. How was he going to be famous? If he couldn’t  show them would  he told someone but he had no friends. No one would believe him.
This book has two hilarious parts they are called, Falling for it and The Kangapoo key ring. This book Don’t look down has been written by Paul Jennings and Andrew Weldon; another funny book of the same author.

I recommend this book for ages 7 and over. If you like to dream and be amazed this is the book for you.  This book was presented in words and pictures. I rate this book 8 out of 10 because it is so intriguing and interesting that it makes me want to read the whole book again.
